Artists Matter
We celebrate art in all its forms. Our canvas prints are made through a detailed creative process that includes both purely digital works and pieces created with the help of AI tools. We use these tools as instruments to explore new ideas and push creative boundaries. We also believe in returning value to the artists whose vision inspires us. That is why a portion of every sale is set aside to support working artists through an established artist support organization, selected with care.
How our donations work
We set aside a fixed share of revenue from every qualifying order. The donation is calculated on the product subtotal and excludes taxes, shipping, and discounts. Pooled funds are transferred on a regular schedule to a recognized artist support organization.
Why we choose this approach
New creative tools are exciting, but the heart of art remains human. By directing part of our revenue through established artist support organizations, we help fund the time, materials, and freedom that artists need to keep making meaningful work. In simple terms, money earned from our prints, including AI assisted pieces, helps fuel human creativity.
Our approach to AI and the environment
We do not generate new AI images ourselves. Training and generating images use energy and resources, and we want to avoid adding to that impact. Instead, we license existing AI generated and AI assisted works from artists who specialize in this practice. We purchase their catalog and reuse artwork that has already been created. This keeps the focus on paying real artists for their craft while avoiding additional image generation on our side.
Questions and answers
Does every purchase count?
Yes, all qualifying print orders are included. Gift cards, shipping, and taxes are not included.
Do you create AI images yourselves?
No. We license existing AI generated and AI assisted works from artists and do not generate new images on our side.
Can I choose a different organization?
At times we may run limited campaigns for other artist support groups. If you have a recommendation, please write to us.
Do you accept applications from individual artists?
We do not run our own grant program. We support artists by donating to trusted organizations and other established groups with transparent processes.
Is every artwork on your site made with AI?
No. Our collection includes purely digital works and works created with the help of AI tools. Regardless of method, our commitment to support real artists remains the same.
