What we build your canvas from and how we craft it to museum standards.
What are your canvases made of?
Premium artist canvas (cotton or cotton-poly blend) with a protective coating for long-lasting vibrancy and easy dusting. Each piece is hand-stretched over kiln-dried, finger-jointed, knotless European pine stretcher bars with tension wedges. 38 mm depth.
How are they printed?
Museum-quality 12-colour Giclée pigment printing for exceptional detail and tonal range. We back our prints with a 100-year colour guarantee under normal indoor display conditions.
Are canvases ready to hang?
Yes—every canvas arrives ready to hang with built-in hardware. Depending on size/weight, we use D-rings with cord/wire or a sawtooth hanger. Wall anchors are not included; choose anchors suited to your wall type.
What edge finish do you use?
Mirror wrap only. This keeps the full image on the front face while continuing the edges seamlessly around the sides.

Gloss finish for rich depth and punch.

What sizes do you offer?
We support 11 standardized sizes across landscape, portrait, square, and panoramic formats. See each product page’s Size Guide for the exact measurements in inches/cm and the aspect ratio used.
Can I request a custom size?
We currently produce set sizes only. If you need a larger single size than listed, contact us for pricing.
Do you offer triptychs or gallery-wall sets?
Multiple artworks from a single set can be purchased and cohesively mounted together to create a beautiful gallery setting.
Is orientation fixed?
Yes. Each artwork is designed for a specific orientation (landscape, portrait, or square) as shown on the product page. However, do give us a remark upon checkout if you'd prefer your artwork to be mounted in an alternate manner and we will do our best to make it happen.
Color, Composition & Accuracy
How we preserve the full artwork on the front and what to expect with color.
Will the image be cropped on the sides?
We compose every canvas so the front face retains the artwork. The mirrored wrap uses the outer bleed; key details are kept on the front. Minor edge adjustments are part of all wrapped canvases.
Why might colors look different from my screen?
Screens are backlit and vary by calibration and brightness, so slight shifts are normal. Calibrating your display (e.g., to D65) reduces differences.
Care & Longevity
Simple care tips to keep your canvas looking fresh for decades.
How should I clean my canvas?
Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If needed, lightly dampen with water and wipe—no sprays or chemicals.
Where should I hang it?
Indoors, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat sources (fireplaces, radiators, bathrooms). Aim for a stable environment.
How should I store it?
Cool, dry place; stand upright; avoid stacking face-to-face; use acid-free materials if wrapping.
Packaging, Branding & Gifting

What does the packaging look like?
Discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Inside, you’ll find a packing slip with our branding. We also include our branded inserts. (Prices are never printed on the outside.)
Do you offer gift messages?
Not at the moment.
Ordering, Payment & Currencies

USD only (for now).
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No—orders move into production quickly and can’t be canceled or edited once submitted.
Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make my canvas?
Typical dispatch window: 1–3 business days (many canvases ship within 24–48 h). Peak periods may add a day.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—over 150 countries. We route orders to the nearest facility for faster delivery.
What shipping options are available?
Tracked Standard and Express options at checkout (availability varies by destination). Standard is postal/courier; Express is premium courier. Tracking availability depends on route and service.
How long is delivery? (after dispatch)
Typical Standard estimates (business days):
- US: 4–6 domestic; 10–15 from UK/EU hubs
- UK: 2–3 domestic
- EU: 5–7 domestic
- AU: 2–5 domestic; AU→NZ: 7–10
- Rest of World: 10–15
Express services are faster where available. (Carrier windows may vary by region.)
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No—please provide a physical address.
If I order multiple items, how is shipping calculated? Will they arrive together?
Items may ship separately to get your art to you faster. Shipping is calculated fairly at checkout: the largest item sets the base rate and additional items add a reduced “+1” rate (when shipped together). If items ship from different facilities, those costs are combined.
Do you send tracking?
Yes—shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
When duties or VAT may apply and how they are handled.
Will I have to pay import duties or VAT?
Possibly. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place)—local taxes/duties are paid by the recipient when applicable. For EU orders under €150, VAT may be collected by the carrier on delivery if not pre-collected.
Returns, Damage & Order Issues
What to do if there is a problem and how we resolve it quickly.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
All sales are final—no change-of-mind returns.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue and packaging. We’ll verify and refund in full—no return required. (Replacements aren’t offered.)
What if my parcel is late or lost?
Contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier. A parcel is typically considered lost after the carrier’s time window (e.g., 5 working days UK domestic; 10 US domestic; 15 EU domestic; up to 28 for RoW from overseas hubs). We’ll make it right once the investigation closes.
Sustainability

What are you doing for the environment?
We minimize waste through made-to-order production, use water-based pigment inks, source wood/paper from responsibly managed forests where available, and fulfill locally whenever possible to reduce transport miles.

Can I copy or reproduce the artwork?
No. Your purchase is a physical print for personal display only—no reproduction, scanning, resale, or derivative use of the artwork is permitted.

We aim to respond within 24–72 hours on business days via email only.
Do you include hanging/spacing guides?
A visual guide is included on every product page.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craft. If you notice a manufacturing defect on arrival, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll verify and refund. Normal wear and display-related aging aren’t covered.
