Each canvas is made to order. Minor variations in color and sizing may occur due to device displays and the nature of materials. Designs may be updated or withdrawn without notice.

Prices display in the store currency unless noted. The buyer is responsible for any import duties taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. If a pricing error is obvious we may cancel and refund or ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price.

Orders are subject to acceptance and may be refused for reasons such as suspected fraud address issues file errors or supply problems. Payments are processed by third party providers such as Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

We produce and ship from facilities as close as possible to the delivery address to reduce travel distance. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located contact us within seven days so we can assist.

Because products are made to order we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective email hello@finite.art within seven to fourteen days with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will repair replace or refund at our discretion. Keep all packaging while we investigate. We can attempt to cancel an order before production begins. Once production has started cancellation may not be possible. If the delivery address was entered incorrectly additional reship charges may apply.

Follow any provided care and hanging guidance. Avoid direct harsh sunlight and excessive humidity. Improper installation or use may void remedies.

All content on the website including images designs text graphics logos and trademarks is owned by finite. or licensed to us. You may not copy reproduce distribute modify resell or create derivative works from the site or the artwork without written permission. Purchasing a print does not grant any commercial license for the underlying artwork.

You may not use any images text or other content from the website or from our products to train fine tune or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system without our express written consent.

finite. licenses digital artwork from artists and rights holders. Some licensed pieces were created with the assistance of AI tools by the original artists. We do not generate new AI images for our catalog. We reuse licensed works that already exist and we pay the artists for those rights. Our role is to prepare the files for museum grade canvas production and deliver a high quality physical work for your wall.

We make items to order so we only produce what is purchased. We fulfill as close as we can to the delivery address to reduce transport miles. We print with water based pigment inks and we choose materials from responsible sources where available including options that contain recycled content. We are phasing out unnecessary plastics and favor recyclable or compostable paper based packaging. Practices can vary by region because we work with more than one facility.

We intend to donate a portion of sales to one or more organizations that support working artists. These contributions are made by finite. and are not tax deductible for customers. Beneficiaries and percentages may change. Mention of an organization on our site does not imply endorsement unless we state otherwise.

If you submit a review or comment you grant finite. a non exclusive permission to display and reproduce that content on our site and marketing channels. You confirm your review reflects your genuine experience and does not violate any rights or laws.

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes attempts to breach security scraping or harvesting data reverse engineering site code interfering with the service or using the website or our products for unlawful purposes.

The site and products are provided as is subject to your statutory rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law finite. shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special or consequential damages including lost profits or data arising from the use of or inability to use the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural events labor disputes utility or internet outages government actions and carrier disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts located in Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute unless a different venue is required by consumer protection law in your country.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The checkout page shows an estimated window which is not a guarantee. Orders may ship in more than one parcel if items are produced in different facilities. Customs inspections and local courier delays are outside our control. Duties and taxes charged on import are payable by the recipient. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect we can reship once the package arrives back at the facility and any reship charge is paid.

Donations are made by finite. from our revenue and are not customer directed. We may change beneficiaries and timing over time. Where we reference a beneficiary on our site we do so to describe our giving. It does not indicate endorsement unless stated.

All artwork displayed on finite.art is either owned by finite. or licensed to finite. by the original rights holders. Copyright remains with the respective owners. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical print only. You may display the print in your private or business space. You may not reproduce publish scan photograph for reproduction distribute or create derivative works from the artwork without written permission from the rights holder. You may not use the artwork or any site content to train or improve any artificial intelligence system without our written consent.
